Experience

I have more than 15 years experience in designing and delivering learning programs in IT and Soft Skills. I also hold a BA in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska - Omaha, USA 1992 and am perusing my MBA from Ahlia University, Bahrain.

I worked full time for the Ports Public authority for a year and more than 15 years in Kuwait Airways as a trainer Conducting IT and Soft skills training, and managing many other projects like the E-Learning and leadership development projects. I also worked as a part time trainer for New Horizons Company and The Public Authority for Applied Education.

I volunteered in many local and international educational societies. I am a founding member of the Kuwait Communication & Leadership Society and a member in the Toastmasters international, and the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD). I served as a president for Kuwait Toastmasters club and led the club to the highest club award from Toastmasters International, the President's Distinguished Club. I am also currently serving as the president of ASTD Global network in Kuwait.
